Anacortes, WA
Geir and Steve came down from Canada for the Island Packet 40 survey, with Lynne and Andy from Seattle and the owner Torrey from Woodinville. Nice to have a full crew - I got to look for a few more pics than usual. We went over to the Cape Sante Marine yard where Mike and Rick took care of us. With the tide, they needed the spin the boat around and push her in backwards, to not hit the forestay with the travel lift. Once up and out of the water there is always something to see on the bottom of the boat, like barnacle spots on the 5-blade thruster. I try to find pics of the people, boats, sails and area as we do the survey and sail, and it's always a full fun day. Thanks all!
Please enjoy these snapshots - these pics are good therapy for me.
